Let's try this newborn photoshoot thing again. Remember the girls I photoed while they were still in the hospital not even 48 hours old...well today I try again...but at their house and with an assistant...and they are 6 weeks old now. Please excuse me while I finish gathering my props.
And don't worry...in black & white...these blocks will match. Or glazed over in Photoshop.
Hope you are out exploring this summer! We are. As Jake travels we have been riding his coat tails. A few weeks back we were in Durham, NC for a week. Beautiful! Jake said he'd move to NC.
The Chapel at Duke...amazingly ornate and beautiful...
Never pass on "Mom, look at my silly face" After a Durham Bulls Baseball game...the areas surrounding the stadium are beautiful... Cheese... A little restaurant outside the stadium....amazing ambiance! Hubs said this is his favorite Minor League Stadium so far because of the beautiful area around it...sorry I didn't take any pics inside? Happy Summer Traveling.
My friend Anna ask me to make a pillow for her nephew who is due in August. And here is what I have so far... Hope you are having a good and busy summer like we are...I might sneak in more sewing time on Thursday...
We are created in "HIS" image...for me this explains the strong desire to create...via sewing, painting, quilting, crafting, repurposing, photography, loom knitting, and occasionally cooking. Here's to hoping you find something colorful and fun...to inspire you to make something cute!
Oh and we have infertility issues. So please feel free to ask me to hold your hand if you are walking down this path. Our 6 yr old son is a Miracle...on so many levels. We received an Adoption Miracle in August 2011...our daughter was born in July 2011!!! And we are preparing to adopt a 3rd child. I'd love to help be a cheerleader for you if adoption is on your heart!
