Alrighty. Ta-da! Here she is...all red and ruffley! No major oopsises...I sewed the ruffles to the liner instead of to the shell so the straps are on the outside of the ruffle. But that is no big deal. I'll mail it Monday! I'll post the tutorial one day next week.
