Savannah, GA June 2010

Jake had a job to do in Savannah, GA last Friday morning...so we drove down with him Thursday to take in the scenery. CJ loves staying a hotel...

And would be happy just to sit in the room for 24 hours, pretending to play video games.

We had a great view on Bay Street!

Sorry no pictures of us shucking our own oysters at Bernie's Oyster House...but man they were good!

Then we strolled down River Street.


And we even saw a dolphin.

A muggy walk a few blocks back to see Paula Deen's restaurant.

And went to her shop...

CJ loves Paula Deen so he was quite disappointed that she was not there..."just the picture cut out"

The chocolate chip gooey butter cake is divine! I ate it so fast I didn't have time to take a picture 1st...and the shop was packed...sorry I couldn't get a good shot of it...

The next morning he had donuts in bed...

We took one more look off the balcony...

And he loved that we saw this float by...
