(Well let me squeeze in an amazing rainbow Jake and I saw up around the sun Saturday...as we sat out at the Auburn baseball game enjoying a little quiet time for our 6 year wedding anniversary)
I couldn't capture it...but at one point the rainbow was almost a full circle around the sun...it was so wild. We were sitting in the sunshine...burning like biscuits...
OK...on to EASTER MORNING...Sunday morning...the bunny had stopped by in the night of course!
"New water balloons..in my favorite color! YELLOW!"
Some how the Easter bunny stopped by the preschool book fair and picked up a few of the books CJ had on his list...including STAR WARS!!! We had to stop and read it!
Then we dashed off to church...the 1st Easter service on the new campus. It was fab...we only had 2 in the wiggle worms nursery...so I was forced to snuggle with a little 6 month old baby boy...so sweet. I know twist my arm right! Then service was on adoption and how we are adopted by Christ...thank goodness my friends warned me that it was a tear jerker...I used a kleenex or 3. Then we dashed off to hunt eggs in Gran Nana's garden...
Made a million silly faces...
and a million more...
The 2011 Easter crew...
Jazmine...such a doll...this was her 1st time hanging out with the fam...
Oh she is so sweet!
Painting eggs...
CJ wanted to sit on Uncle Chuck's motorcycle...
Oh he thought he was so cool!
And CJ wanted me and Jake to sit with him...because "this motorcycle is SO cool"
My hubs is a man of many talents...

Mark 16:1-6
1 When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus’ body. 2 Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb 3 and they asked each other, “Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?”
4 But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. 5 As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.
6 “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him.
He is Risen! Oh Gracious Father...Thank you for your love!
