Brazil Nuts
Ok...I've been researching selenium...an infertility deficiency for men and a lack there of aides in prostate cancer...and one of the highest sources for selenium is simply Brazil "Nuts"....no word play intended...it just worked out that way... All articles I have read suggest simply eating 2 per day has exceptional benefits. So tell your hubbies...You only need to Eat 2 per day! Way more fun than taking a vitamin.
